Riders will be battling it out on the water all weekend long in hopes that they will get their hands on the coveted prize, the championship belt! Join us for this unique event where riders will compete for both an individual title and for their team, the North or the South!

Posted by: | CommentsLake Raystown is a 28 mile long, 200 foot deep lake in central Pennsylvania. On September 12 & 13, the Extreme East Coast Tour is having their “Raystown Roundup” at the Raystown Resort. There is no competition this weekend, just a get-toghther of some of the best wakeboarders from Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Washington DC, West Virginia and New Jersey. The lake is massive so there is plenty of clean water so bring your boat and get ready for an awesome weekend.

Murray Pay It Forward Program
Posted by: | CommentsI got home last night after my softball game to a nice suprise, a brand new Shaun Murray 145 wakeboard! It was shipped to me from eastern PA as part of the Shaun Murray Pay it Forward program. Basically, Shaun sends out a bunch of his boards all over the counrty for people to demo. The board arrives at your house, you ride it for a couple of days, and then you mail it to the next person.

Update: The board has now been shipped off to Rhode Island, but we all had a ton of fun riding it. The new DINE board construction makes the board extremly light. I could barely tell it was a 145. The continous rocker gave the board a constant pop, but it did buck me a little more than I expected. All in all, its a really fun board and everyone should get a chance to try it. Sean used to be a roomate of mine and now he runs a wakeboard camp down in Florida. High Mountain Sports Bust Largness
Posted by: | CommentsThe Annual High Mountain Sports Bust Largness Wakeboard Contest was Sunday, August 16th in Deep Creek Lake, MD. We were all at the Beaver Regatta Ski Show, but a local Pittsburger did win the $200 cash prize for first palce!
Steve of High Mountain Sports always throws awesome wakeboard contests with tons of prizes. If you are ever in the Deep Creek area, make sure to stop by the shop and check out their wakeboard selection.

Make sure to check the end of the “Outlaw” photo gallery to see a sequence of pictures where Doug Forbes tried to Raley over the 8 foot tall Red Bull Float. Lets just say he didn’t make it… I still give it a 10 for effort (and balls)!
